Ok, so in relation to SAGA Grid Calculator, I think the mistake was mine. The syntax to use in the formula to refer the layers is g1, g2, ..., gn, from the top to the bottom of the list of "Multiple selection" rasters.

Remains the question about GRASS r.mapcalculator.
