Right now it's 'too early.' :ˆ)  I have two tools to finish, a sister
plugin to make ready, and some messy code to cleanup first. Then, it can
actually offer the tools to build and deploy a complete plugin from within
QGIS, and I can maintain the plugin code. (There is, of course, more 'bells
and whistles' and useful features that can be added later.)
