[Qgis-developer] API docs site Doxygen version

That server runs debian and there dont seem to be any current doxygen
packages for it. The most recent deb I can find is here:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/doxygen

but that is a) for ubuntu so I am not 100% sure if it will work and b)
it is 1.7.x so I am not sure if it includes the updates you are
looking for.
