[Qgis-developer] QGIS Server 1.8: empty map with VERSION=1.3.0

Dear all,

another issue: QGIS Server is responding with an all-white map to a 
GetMap when VERSION=1.3.0 is requested. Map is rendered correctly when 
requesting VERSION=1.1.1
example: 
http://map2.jena.de/wms/test?LAYERS=rule-based%20style&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&DPI=96&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&EXCEPTIONS=application%2Fvnd.ogc.se_inimage&SRS=EPSG%3A31468&BBOX=4459734.0425532,5639372.3404255,4481265.9574468,5646627.6595745&WIDTH=1012&HEIGHT=341 
=> white map, replace the version-parameter and you get a map!

QGIS 1.8 RC 1 (code version c367a35) on OpenSUSE 12.1
