[Qgis-developer] QGIS' "fetch python plugin" does not see my plugin

I do see (and have installed) Earth Beat 0.75
(qgis 1.7.4 on ubuntu 10:04)
Do you have
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml
as repo ?
