[Qgis-developer] Python Plugin Reloader not available

 Hi all, Hi Borys,

 I noticed recently that the Python Plugin Reloader is not available at 
 http://plugins.qgis.org/. I think that this is a rather essential plugin 
 for plugin developers. Borys or someone else - would it be possible to 
 make the plugin available in the central repository?
