[Qgis-developer] Q-GIS add toolbar on GUI

   I am Developing a *Q-GIS GUI * with requirement that *hide some button
of q-gis-gui* like *e.g. *(  no-one cant be *edit *the map on q-gis gui ) *
or* add some extra *button feature *on *q-gis gui *so that simplicity of
user etc.....

please guide me in that context,, and i am *new in Q-GIS DEVELOPMENT.... :)*
