[Qgis-developer] Rule based renderer can't rotate symbols based on rotation field

I am also using the current master.
If am using the "categorized" or "simple" or "" renderer, there is a
"Advanced" button in the bottom right where one can choose a rotation or
scale attribute. This button and choice is not available with the
