[Qgis-developer] build QGis PACKAGE (Master) on windows

I'm trying to build the QGis PACKAGE on windows with visual c++ 2008 (NSIS
version is 2.46) but I get the following error:

for errors

at the end of NSISOutput.log I get:

Error in macro MUI_PAGE_WELCOME on macroline 23
Error in script

Any help ?
