Hi Mathieu,
please have a look to:
https://github.com/qgis/Quantum-GIS/blob/master/python/plugins/sextante/grass/grass.txt
It is reasonably easy to add command yourself. If successful, you can send the file
to Victor, or better issue a pull request for it.
