Hi Pete,
the situation is quite confusing, I'm getting several emails by people
not knowing what to do. Could you please clarify on the mailing list,
with clear indications on what to do? Especially important is to give
the first choice of the hotel, so we'll stay all at the same place.
BTW, how far are the hotels from the HF room?
Horst, could you please proceed with a group reservation for all core
devs who requested support? As for now, I have:

Pasotti
Ghetta
Dassau
Junek
Bernasocchi
Jurgiel
Cavallini

Please note that not everybody will stay for the whole period.
If this is to complicated, we can ask everybody to book and pay
individually, and we'll send the refund afterwards.
