[Qgis-developer] fields in the new metadata menu

Hello all,

I look for somebody who was involved into the creation of then new
metadata menu in the layer properties.
What's the usage of the several url-fields? Can I use these for
metadata catalogues, like the INSPIRE catalogue?
We need these descriptions for the user manual 2.0 .

Any hints welcome.
