Hi Saber,
maybe I was unclear: what we need is another place, just for Saturday
night, where several people have difficulties finding a room (at
least, one below 150 €). One option could be to find a B&B at some
distance, picking a taxi and sharing it; I think the cheaper room
rates would make the cost of the taxi affordable.
Selecting a suitable place is obviously far more difficult from here,
without proper research on distances, taxi rates etc.
Letting everybody choose one solution on his own will be a waste of
time, and would make very difficult to share the costs of the taxi.
