[Qgis-developer] Processing: a couple of issues

Hi all.
Testing the latest QGIS weekly on Windows 7, I encounter a couple of
issues:
* GRASS appears configured, but it does not run, pretending the path
is not set; this might be related to the localisation of the path (I'm
working in Italian SO)
* the window warning of this issue has a link that should explain, but
it is broken.
Should I open tickets?
