Hi,
Currently it is only Bing/Google. They plan to add OSM as well.
I personally don't care about this functionality, since I don't need
these base maps and I hate tiles - I think tiles have too many drawbacks
to justify them. If someone comes up with a better, more generic
approach I will accept it.
Also, people who use this functionality in their QGIS web client will
have to explain their users that the background maps are not printable.
