[Qgis-developer] Error will building QGIS in windows

Hi,
I was trying to building QGIS on windows, but when i run, cmake-gui, after
entering the source , and the directory where to build, and then
configuring it to visual studio 10. I get the following errors:

GEOS_INCLUDE_DIR=GEOS_INCLUDE_DIR-NOTFOUND

GEOS_LIBRARY=GEOS_LIBRARY-NOTFOUND

CMake Error at cmake/FindGEOS.cmake:177 (MESSAGE):

Could not find GEOS

Call Stack (most recent call first):

CMakeLists.txt:168 (FIND_PACKAGE)

can anyone help?
