[Qgis-developer] SEXTANTE: R output?

I have started having a look at this...and It seems to be working on 3.0...

I am on windows and both raster and vector algorithms are working, It
installed all needed packages on first execution, and now it all works
fine.

I fixed a bug in the way the R intallation is tested, but I guess that
was not a big issue (it was only a windows problem)

The problems seems to be related to libraries being installed...but
then not available. I am not an expert on R, and the code to install
libraries autoatically was contributed by someone else. Maybe you can
guide me on this? Any idea about how to ensure that the needed
libraries are installed?

I can try to improve the error messages, so if that happens, the users
sees a message saying "The R algorithm you have executed needs a
library that is not available. Please install library XXX manually in
your R distribution"

What do you think?
