[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

Hi all,

Here is v4:

Changes:
* round corners
* white margin
* white transparent background at text "QGIS"
* Backgroundimage: Copyright Swisstopo

I will have to discuss the copyright issue with the colleagues at
Swisstopo. I will ask for all three maps:

* the current one
* the Siegfriedkarte (the colored one, where the italian part is white)
* the Dufourkarte (the black/white one)
