[Qgis-developer] Pull reqs

Hi all.
Is someone actively checking patches and pull reqs provided? We
currently have [0] 36 tickets with an attached patch and [1] 31 open
pull reqs. Some of the patches could fix high priority bugs.
Moreover, not applying them we would also frustrate the effort of new
developers, which is not good for the longer term health of the project.
Thanks for those who will take the time to revise them.
