[Qgis-developer] Pull reqs

Paolo,

There is a SEXTANTE Pull request in there that I hadn't seen. Thanks
for pointing it out. I doesn't look finished to me at first sight, but
definitely is an interesting contribution, so I will take care of it
and discuss it with the author to encourage him to collaborate more.
