[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

Here are a blue and red version.

IMO the red just doesn't work.  The red on blue just looks strange.

Why not leave the logo Q flowing off the splash I think it looks quite
good.

I do think that the font all needs to be the same colour or shades of the
same colour, Having different colours doesn't look good at all.
