[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

Some thoughts re Nathan's latest iterations:
- Red is a no-go for me, both because it's been associated through time
with "oups, something's gone wrong, error"
- I would get rid of rounded corners for splash screen, it's so 1990s ;)
rounded shapes are also foreign to GIS environment. If rectangle is too
"boring", you could have a stretched octagon:

- Not a super fan of the rotated QGIS logo, I'd straighten it out.
