We now have (thanks Victor) an easy way of contributing to sextante help:

* clone the repo https://github.com/volaya/SEXTANTE-Help, make your changes (also
online, via GitHub), then issue a pull request
* if this is scaring to you, please ask Victor for an access to his repo, so you can
type directly there.
