[Qgis-developer] Some QSettings not ported to the new QGIS2.conf yet

Ok, I've renamed the ApplicationName from QGIS to QGIS2.

I leave QuantumGIS as OrganizationName for JEF, as I see it's also used in 
three files ms-windows/*nsh and I don't want to desynchronize it.
