[Qgis-developer] [QGIS-Server] Can't read user defined Coordinate Reference System

Hi Marco,

I open an issue :
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/8172

The bug is that QGIS-Server does not initialize qgis.db the qgisUserDbFile
