[Qgis-developer] Logo Update

[MORREALE Jean Roc]

Not #338 because the curved tail, the grided globe + the hands are not 
usable for small icons (taskbar, favicon, etc.).

I'm rooting for #50/#308.

Maybe should we ask for a 16x16 version ?
