[Qgis-developer] New "Rasparenza" plugin for QGis

Hello all,

I created  a new plugin for QGis 1.8 and 2.0.1, named "Rasparenza" , that
changes the transparency of all raster layers.

Please, test it and, if you like,  approvate it.
