[Qgis-developer] PR 1001 : add boundaries in ui for graduated classes

hello,

FYI, I have just sent a PR to add some information for the final user in the ui. This PR add classes with boundary limit like [ 0 - 12] or ] 12 - 24 ] for the next classes instead of 0 - 12 and 12 - 24.

As I am not a developper, I just do some modification in the cpp files which seem to work as expected, if anything is wrong, I will try to improve my patch following your comment. :)
