[Qgis-developer] GarminCustomMap-plugin version update to 1.0

Hi again

I just reversioned the GarminCustomMap plugin to 1.0, removed the experimental flag and uploaded the new version to the repository.
If somebody with approval rights would be so kind to approve...
It should now work properly with QGIS 2.0.
In case of issues: the plugin has a bugtracker (http://hub.qgis.org/projects/garmincustommap/issues)...
