[Qgis-developer] how to create project on hub.qis.org?

Thank you Alex,

I also would think that keeping all in one place is more logical.
So if could allow me to open project repo on hub.gis.org
it would be nice. I currently don't have any public repositories,
so if I use github I also would start from scratch.

My geo ID is: Mikhail
the plugin I would like to host

http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/latlongrid/

Well, it's a small one.

Otherwise I have to start with github or other service
