[Qgis-developer] more issue with grass under Windows (qgis 64bit osgeo4w).

Hi all,

this is a follow up of the other day message where I was noticing
issues with grass in the standalone/nightly packages of qgis.

Today I can confim this

On qgis 64bit osgeo4w GRASS itself works, while modules are crashing
when used under QGIS, both in the grass plugin and the processing
framework.
