Well, it means that we desparately need people to invest some time to
update the documentation. Documentation needs work.
The Help button text is called 'context-help' and is currently a
separate system, which we hope to make use of the normal docs too.

Currently the docs are not yet updated for 2.4. Latests 'stable' docs
are actually for 2.2.

We need to organize a documenation-update team again, so hopefully we
can branch a 2.6 docs just after releasing 2.6

Anybody volunteering? Please write to the 'QGIS-community' list.
