[Qgis-developer] Geopackage missing in "Vectorlayer save as...": Why?

Hi,

QGIS can read Geopackage (GPKG) with "Add Vectorlayer..." dialogue but
not save - although OGR supports this. Why is it missing in
"Vectorlayer save as..."?
