[Qgis-developer] QGIS Server and Embed Layers from another project

Hi,

I can confirm this issue. I have reported this several years ago: 
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/4097

This bug - though minor - annoys me a lot. Because many of my projects 
contain embedded groups which should be off by default and only on by 
demand.

I would be very grateful if someone could fix this or finance the fix.
