[Qgis-developer] Processing Toolbox in QGIS 2.0.1-Dufour does not show some toolboxes

No, the default one is the simplified. Maybe there is some issue with
the settings. Once you set the advanced, it should use it even if you
update, since it will take the parameter from the same setting. Maybe
there ha been some cahnge in the setting name and i do not remember
it...not sure
