[Qgis-developer] How to run python script from custom menu/toolbar in qgis using qtcreator and c++

Dear All

Hope you all will be fine.

I am adding some customized features in QGIS. I have already set qgis
source using qtcreator in ubuntu and adding features using c++.

I have one python project I have to integrate it with qgis and run one
python script from qgis menu/toolbar. *How to run python script from custom
menu using c++?*
