[Qgis-developer] Project migrations

Hi all.
This: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/10723 is not a new issue, and a significant one,
especially for larger user bases.
I think we should provide a migration utility, that takes into account all these
cases and handles them as smoothly as possible. Big users are welcome to fund such a
development.
