[Qgis-developer] Options:CRS:default datum transformations

Hello all,
I'm writing the new user manual for QGIS Valmiera
and introduce into the 'Default datum transformations' which is
inserted in the Options Menu now.

What conditions do I have to create so that I can transform a datum
with the + and - Icons? Do i have to insert a grid shift file
in usr/share/proj first?
