Hi Andreas,
while I completely agree with you from a developer point of view, I still think it
violated the Principle of least astonishment [0]: if an user chooses to sync a north
arrow with a map, it expects it to be in sync both when the map is rotated inside the
map and when the whole frame is rotated.
