[Qgis-developer] missing qscimod4.sip is stille there

14.04 is probably not recent enough (the fixes from debian unstable might not
have made it into it).

Did you manually add QSCI_SIP_DIR?  Otherwise it should not be found and
qscimod4.sip would be disabled (see 3988ad0f[1])
