[Qgis-developer] GRASS rasters in Processing?

I noticed that a lot of processing is using GDAL/OGR.
However, most installations of GDAL don't support reading GRASS rasters.
It has to be compiled in, and seems not to be standard.

So GDAL simply will report an error, and if the processing plugin relies
on GDAL, it will fail too. Maybe that's the reason GRASS rasters aren't
supported.
