[Qgis-developer] <layer_coordinate_transform_info> not cleaned when layer is removed

I have discovered that QGIS saves the transformation information of the
opened layers in the project file.

So far so good.

But, when the layers are removed, that information remains in the qgs file.
Worst, if the a same layer is loaded again, another line with
transformation information is created.

Therefore, for very "dynamic" projects, the qgs file starts growing in
the <layer_coordinate_transform_info> tag.

Currently, the test qgs file in attachment only have one layer, yet it has
a bunch of lines in <layer_coordinate_transform_info>. Please notice that
only 3 different layers where added to the file.

Best regards,
