[Qgis-developer] Retrieve Python console from off top of screen

Apologies for idiocy, but I somehow seem to have moved my Python console
slightly off the top of my screen meaning that its title bar is no longer
visible. I therefore cannot grab it to move it. Is there a QSetting or
something which I can change via the console to move it back down?
