[Qgis-developer] Missing QGIS LTS nightly build

* Builds are triggered every day/night.
* The build is skipped if, there is still one running
* The build goes into the release repository instead of the nightly
  one, when there is a new release (as the nightly would be the same commit).
* 2.8.5 and 2.12.2 were on friday, so the build does both releases and
  master.
* 2.8.5 initially failed and needed 7895e99, 2.12.2 failed on trusty ubuntugis
  and will be added manually.

So it just needs a bit of patience.
