Hi devs,

Because PyQgsDocCoverage failed on travis for my PR #2549, I activated 
it and tested it on my own computer.

On the master, I obtained 3857 instead of 3827 missing documentation.

I'd like to know ho to configured QGIS build to have this test passed ?
