[Qgis-developer] Globe plugin with osgEarth 2.6

Hi,

I have spent some time on the globe plugin about a year ago. I managed
to compile against osgEarth 2.5 at that time and even could use some of
the features (vertical exaggeration to name an interesting one). I never
got around to merge this back.
You may give this branch a try.
