[Qgis-developer] Error in new Metasearch

Thanks Richard.
Given that MetaSearch is now officially in QGIS core, we probably need
to cut an out of band release (0.3.3) to plugins.qgis.org, which is
built from QGIS core (0.3.2 is built from outside QGIS core).
