[Qgis-developer] DXF/DWG import requirements document

Hi,

To all who have an interest in contributing to a DXF/DWG import function 
in QGIS:

I have started working on a requirements document - you can view it here:

If you want to contribute to the document, please send me your gmail 
account so I can give you write access.

After a couple of days (maybe 1.5-2 weeks) we can hopefully finish this 
document and ask for a quote. I will then ask again for organizations or 
companies who can contribute financially.
