Hi all.
Regarding the migration to Py3 and Qt5, would it be reasonable to have a
qgis-ng package, compiled with Py3 and Qt5, in order to help people
starting migrating their plugins and other application much in advance,
and smooth out the transition? New plugins can be tagged as min version
= 3, s not to interfere with normal work.
Of course this will make sense only if it does not require much work.
