[Qgis-developer] QGIS master on Windows crashes on exit

Oi oi , yes it crashes. (Done quite a long time already)
It was tried to solve last week without success. Tested in my laptop. It 
crashes even I start without plugins. And it crashes even if I don't 
open any project (start/close).
